Unless otherwise noted, products ship via STANDARD DELIVERY from London, United Kingdom.

Standard Delivery

All orders include ground delivery to the easiest access point on your property. Standard delivery does not include inside delivery, packaging removal, or assembly.

Please notify us at the time of ordering if your delivery address has any large-vehicle restrictions, such as steep driveways, narrow roads, or gravel surfaces. The customer is responsible for any additional delivery charges that result from access difficulties or special requirements.

Delivery addresses must be within the United Kingdom. PO Boxes and freight forwarding addresses are not accepted.

Some products require a manual quotation to be organised by our team. This will be indicated on the product page.

We only work with selected freight companies to ensure a fast and reliable delivery.

• Zone 1 (England & Wales): 5–10 business days
• Zone 2 (Scotland, Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland & Isle of Man): 10–15 business days

Shipping Costs

The final delivery cost will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the dimensions and weight of the products ordered.

Bioethanol Fuel Shipping

e-NRG Bioethanol fuel is shipped separately from other items in your order and may arrive on a different day. You will receive an individual tracking number for your fuel shipment.

Extra Charges

Additional charges may apply in the following situations:

• A shipping address change is requested after the order has already shipped
• A specific delivery date or time window is requested
• Special arrangements are needed due to difficult delivery constraints at the destination
• Multiple delivery attempts are required
